The Top Three Outsourcing Blunders That Can Bring Down Your Company

While a lot of writers are talking about the different ways that you can do to keep your business running in Singapore, indeed, even to be profitable from it, it is strange to note that there are only a few who would list down the things you should avoid in business. Such business blunders, while they may seem harmless enough, can actually be a major factor that can bring down your business.

Now, if you don’t want to see all your hard work go up in figurative flames, then it would be best to avoid at least three things:

One - outsourcing the marketing job to the wrong telemarketing company. You might be tempted to just hire the nearest telemarketing company in your block, but beware, that can spell doom for you. Remember, not all telemarketers are the same. Some are good, and some are bad. Guess which of the two should you hire?

Two – not keeping your appointments. If the truth is known, appointment setting is a very difficult task, so it is important to handle each business lead you get with care. Once you have an appointment, be prompt and attend it. It might be a promising deal.

And third – don’t let lead generation do all the work. Their purpose is just to help you concentrate on your core capabilities. They get you the business leads, while you go and do your best to turn it into a sale or a closed deal. That’s you part of the job.

As an entrepreneur, take note of these three things. There are a lot of other blunders that you should avoid, but you will be in good stead once you have considered the three mentioned above.
